As we roll into the new month, we are closer to the new year. This is a critical time for Californians, and NOT for any good reason.
Some of you may or may not know, but in The Golden State, the availability of handguns is limited to a Roster of Handguns Certified for Sale. And there are many gun makes and models that will fall off the roster, effective January 1 2016.
Furthermore, in California most people are restricted to purchasing only one handgun from a dealer every thirty days.
Understand that some of you new and potential gun owners are going to have a much lesser chance of finding a handgun that fits and works well for you.
If you are on the fence or feeling lukewarm about getting a handgun, BUY ONE.
As the saying goes, "Better to have and not need, than to need and not have." Refer to AB 109 and Proposition 47.
