Arizona and other State Concealed Weapons Permits Honored in Nevada

In 2013, the State of Nevada dropped Arizona from their reciprocity list. And recently, the Silver State just did a major overhaul of its concealed carry reciprocity arrangements. Recently however, the Nevada Department of Public Safety has added ten states to the reciprocity list, while dropping Michigan and New Mexico.

In addition, the state will now recognize both permits from Idaho and North Dakota rather than just their enhanced permit, as before. Here is the list of states that Nevada will recognize, as of June 18th, 2015 .

Pursuant to SB 175 and AB 488 of the 2015 legislative session, Nevada will recognize concealed weapons permits from the following states:

Alaska Arizona Arkansas Delaware Idaho (both types of permits) Illinois Kansas Kentucky Louisiana Minnesota Montana Nebraska North Carolina North Dakota (both types of permits) Ohio Oklahoma Rhode Island South Carolina Tennessee West Virginia Wisconsin Wyoming

The newly-added states are:

Arizona Delaware Louisiana Minnesota Montana Oklahoma Rhode Island West Virginia Wisconsin Wyoming
